Can you adjust link planner for RX on the client side? For tower coverage we are modeling successful at a -70 and fringe at a -80. We don't do installs much worse then a -100 RSRP (around -70 RSSI). It seems to be doing okay... but it's hard to model otherwise without spending loads of cash on something that specializes in modeling LTE.
