For the WISPA filing we pointed out that we know the general area we cover, but 
when taken to the address level about the best we can do is a 80-90% success 
rate at any specific address.   If we can't manage to achieve 100% accuracy for 
business purposes, how do they expect us to do it for regulatory purposes.   
And certainly not when we have to sign under penalty that the information is 
accurate.
