Rex don't get the figures wrong, it's just 3 and not 4.

Dumi is going on the ticket of the FDC. Plus I agree, the numbers are not
encouraging for Africa. I don't think our number even constitutes 2% of the
total scholarships given and I hope this is looked into for future purposes.
