Thanks Anja, This also sounds interesting. It would be useful to publicize such projects / workshops / intensive instruction that takes place usually over the northern hemisphere summer during February/March or so to let people know in time to register. It's not something any of us on this list have (to my knowledge) focused on, but there exists in the US anyway, a SCALI (summer cooperative African language instruction) framework for coordinating and publicizing some of those programs.
