Hi Mike,
One of the problems in this grip on 'understanding' or 'knowing' is a
confusion of competency in knowing X as having anything to do with general
intelligence.
When the time comes I could probably toss my hat into the ring on this.
I recently had an opportunity to explain this to a bunch of year 12 wizkids
