As for how you would know, I suppose we could do a video chat, but AI video is getting better fast. Visiting in person only works because robotics technology isn't there yet. It would be really hard to fake a blood test. I suppose if you replaced my brain with a computer, nobody would know it, not even me, unless you did an MRI. But I think that technology is a long way off.
