Hi Mark I don't know about your algorithm (which may be more complex), but I guess the framework I described could be implemented in a few months by a good programmer with machine learning background.... However, I don't have spare resources to pay someone to do that, nor spare time to do it myself... so it goes.... Ideas are easy, execution is the usual bottleneck these days !!
I do think something like this could be quite impactful if rolled out effectively. But the marketing and interface and so forth would be as important as the algorithm...
