If you're estimating GI k-complexity requirements from human GI the equating
of cost of replicating it with software complexity as lines of code on a one
to one basis your financial figures will be totally irrelevant. 

Though I see you are trying to make estimations based on bounds of knowns,
but still AGI theoretically might be creatable in a few lines of code if
supplied with extremely high OPS and that would depend on how those OPS are
distributed, the structure of that, a question of communication complexity
(Yao).
