Phase #3 adds opt-in data mining and automated agents to seek new relevant information from the web automatically and process gathered knowledge to date in various to be defined ways. Part of phase #2 may include things like automatic group member notifications or updates of online groups with relevant entries from any of the members with strict user permission of what parts of their knowledge map can be shared with whom.
