Pull the plug. There's no there there... He's got nothing to offer. Otherwise he would've offered it already. The only reason to keep him is if he claimed he was from the futureand had knowledge that someone on this list developed AGI and he wanted to get that information before it became public. Even then I'd say tough cookies. No manners, no friends. Humility counts.
