There are some countries which support human euthanasia.
Most (all?) support it for animals.

And plants are usually killed/pruned if they are an inconvenience.

I dono, there are plenty of "new things" which I don't enjoy.
Typically I only enjoy things which are aligned with what I want.
I sometimes have thoughts I don't like,
and thus must meditate them away.

There are lots of things I do which I am ambivalent towards,
or only gain satisfaction through mindfullness, such as chores.
Only doing/thinking those things which are aligned with my wishes
bring me joy.

I usually feel pretty bad if I find myself wasting time thinking or
doing unproductive things, or unaligned things.
Even responding to emails can be a quite controversial use of time.
