Gratuitous:

It seems unlikely to me that this statement was made with the intent to
mislead.

I think it is relevant (a) whether Cuddledeam thinks this does
anything, and (b) whether Cuddlebeam intended this message to make
others think this does anything.

I think there's only intent to mislead if (a) and (b) have different
answers.

To me it seems most likely that (a) and (b) are both false. It seems
too much of a stretch to think taking down a website could have an
effect on the Agoran gamestate. R217 refers to "past judgements", not
"Agora's archive of CFJs".

I think it's plausible that (a) and (b) are both true. It is also
conceivable that (a) is false and (b) is true, but is it likely enough
to pass R2531's item 1 ("preponderance of the evidence")?
