I don't know if someone can conditionally support/object to a tabled intent. My quick read is probably not, but I'm also not entirely confident.
The bigger reason this doesn't work as stated is that I'm the sponsor and I cannot be a supporter since I tabled it. While a supporter could in general act on a tabled intent in place of the sponsor, in this case the relevant CAN (R2630) would be for the Collar alone.
