Any kind of conditional action is possible so long as it is evaluable at send time. Rule 2127 outlines special provisions available for votes on an Agoran decision that evaluate at the time of the decision's resolution. Conditional support/objection evaluated at time of the intent's resolution would require a similar framework, though whether or not that's a *good* idea merits some discussion.
Although, come to think of it, we have deferred actions now. If you time your deferred action to occur at or right before the resolution time, you could fake this phenomenon.
