Hi Shaun, well I don't know why you aren't able to pick up weapons and
such, unless you already have better ones, which is a standard function of
Quake.
As for bots using other weapons, honestly, it's not as easy as I'd like,
to get them to use different weapons. Having said that, I have a few
surprises in store for the next couple of releases regarding the bots, so
enjoy the advantage while you have it! <smirk>
Have a great day!
Smiles,
MG

that will actually rock.
I'd like both myself.
I'd also like the option mathew of choosing in the game what you would
have run as your main mod.
I think I'd have the sp version running when I started quake normally.
The reason is I suck on the origional of quake.
Maybe I have been spoilt.
When I hit lava I am using my saber for a shield, and I try, to if
successfull fly my jetpack around.
Has anyone mannaged to beat e1m7?
I always get hit buy an unseen enemy with plenty of grenades, I even ran
in co mode and had hundreds of bots battling it out.
Oh and modgirl in the next version could we please have the bots able to
use other weapons?
I'd like to have a saberfight with a bot.
Although bots will use the blaster I've never seen them use other weapons
like telegrenades, sabers, hooks or other things like pistol or sniper.
They seem to always use single shotguns or grenades or rockets.
So in modded quake I always have the advantage.
Also for some reason both on tbrn and here I can't pickup weapons or amo
and know about it even when I have allowed to pick up stuff.

Wow, first off, just let me say thank you to
you guys for your compliments! You so rock! I've said this before, and
that is that I'm really glad that you all love the mods like you do. I
enjoy creating them even more, because of that. <smile> So thanks a bunch!!!
The new release of JQ should be out in a few days and I'm planning to
have it run in parallel with other releases just to let you know. This
way you can also install both the single player and dm versions as well,
if you choose.
RE: future development of agrip; I've said this before as well,
<smile> and that is to say that I think that Quake 3 would be a really
good next step for this, even though it's still not current. It's
certainly current enough to make a good impression on people.
