What alexandria-cvs list?

So, at the moment, the cvs messages for jakarta-alexandria go to this list.
My proposal is that jakarta-alexandria-data does too.

This is the norm for jakarta projects.  Some projects don't follow this.
Most do.

If there is a demand for a mailing list which does to involve the
participant in the details of developing this alexandria, then I'd suggest
that we start making greater use of the existing alexandria-users mailing
list.  It has received a grand total of 13 posts so far this year.
