The Constitution of the United States of was given birth in the year 1787 which was over 221 years ago. It is the eternal framework that our country was built on and grew out of, the ultimate question is anything that was written eons ago sometimes needs to be added to change with the current times. With each passing year the times and problems that plague our country need to be fixed and Amended or added to help resolve newer problems our country is faced with. The health care problem should be a given right in the CONSTITUTION no sickness should ever have a price or numeration attached to it.
