Ibve been getting the digest (instead of individual messages) for so long
that Ibm forgotten to reply to the group. Ibve gotten a lot of great
replies. Battery level was not the problem because I both recharged the
battery and had a starting booster running when I tried to start the car. The
time I measured 9V at the pump could have been the relay but could have been
the long wires I was using to try and watch a meter while sitting in the car
cranking the engine. I did get the good wiring diagrams through the alfa BB.
Using that, and having confirmed 13 V at the fuse by the injection computer
and relays, I jumped the 30 and 87 contacts in the drive relay socket and the
pump spun right up. So my new drive relay (a KAE 3.304.500 replacement)
arrived Friday and Monday is my first day off to try it.
