Figure out the man days per painting:
5/2 artists working for 5/2 days is 25/4 man days.
They produce 5/2 paintings, so that is 5/2 man days per painting.
Thus to make 25 paintings will require 25*5/2 man days.
To complete that work in 25 days will require 5/2 painters.
