Use the below function, that will return first repeated character of
 string or null;
Note: blank space is also consider as character... you can add exception to
avoid such case....

char firstRepeatChar(char *str)
{
int arr[256] = {0};
for(int i = 0; str[i] != '\0'; i++)
{
arr[str[i]] +=1;
if(arr[str[i]] > 1)
{
return str[i];
}
}
return 0;
}
