If you choose to reopen this issue again, please provide a df -h /0b/Gentoo/portage/tmp/portage I'm pretty certain that this is either a "disk full situation" or maybe a bug in your tmpfs implementation. Please check if the objects are build with the "-g" switch of gcc. If they do 15GBytes might not be enough.
