If this poses a problem -DUDATA_SO_SUFFIX and -DSTATIC_O have to be added to
the `ignorepara[]` list. If you would show me the full logfile line I could 
guess
for which program you need this exceptions.

Same here, this is not a parameter that has to be treated at all. I wonder why
you see this problem with languages, it works fine here.

Fine, no problem. If you would show me the actuall failing logfile lines I could
just fix the problem, going over this "piecewise" takes more time than it 
should.
You requested "Convert --<something>=<path> type parameters" and I read that as
you needing an optional extra leading "-".
