I was able to create a master document from the original file. Doing this automatically caused each section/chapter to be put in its own document. I can open each subdocument and I can preview them except for section 2 which is where Table 108 is located. As before, OOo will often freeze if I move things around in section 2 or try to preview. So at least this way I've isolated the problem to one smaller document. I'm not sure what the best approach would be to try to fix this document. Table 108 is something I added to try to fix this problem. I placed pics into tables to try to prevent frames from obscuring each other (after moving around uncontrollably). I will try to remove Table 108 and see what happens.
