2007 -------
I'm using winXP, OOo2.2.1 and MS Office 2003. This issue is repeatable and still
occurs. Prior to creating another issue I found this one and will reopen.

Steps to replicate (also refer to attachment created which is the document I
mention in the steps):
Using ms office (2003) created 3 new styles based on the existing styles.
Heading 1 => _Heading_1
Heading 2 => _Heading_2
Heading 3 => _Heading_3
Updated the document TOC to use the new styles.
Saved and closed document.

Opened document in writer and updated/refreshed TOC.
Saved and closed document

Re-opened in MS Word, refreshed TOC and entire TOC dissapears and is replaced
with 'error! No table of contents entries found.' (same as per the flash movie
attached to this issue).

After investigation it appears that the outline levels (heading 1,2,3) have
reverted back to Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3.... when being exported by
writer to .doc format. These old styles replace heading styles that were set.

This is repeatable. Simply edit the TOC, using MS Word, so that it uses stlyes
_Heading_1, _Heading_2, _Heading_3 (for the respective outline levels), save and
close the document. Reopen in writer, refresh TOC, save and close - then when
you open in MS Word and refresh the TOC all the entries will disappear again.
