When I said "words starting with 'A', 'a' or 'ä' will be all under 'A'", I did not mean for Estonian, it is a general example from ICU collation page, http://icu-project.org/userguide/Collate_Customization.html Since et.txt from CLDR define sorting order for A, O and U with umlauts "&[before 1]X<õ<<<Õ<ä<<<Ä<ö<<<Ö<ü<<<Ü" and they are primary different from each other, so they will be sorted seperatedly. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
