We have other functions where OOo calculates different than Excel. In those
cases an additional function ***_add has been introduced, which can be used when
importing an Excel spreadsheet, to make it work exactly like Excel.
The problem is already in view of the developer, see issue 65221. It is not yet
decided, how the solution will look.
