------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Aug 4 16:56:52 +0000 2008 ------- Process to recreate defect: - Open a blank document - Type some text - Assign text to Heading 1 - Observe that text listed in the Navigator under Headings - Modify Heading 1 to use Numbering 1 numbering style - Heading text disappears from Navigator - Heading text does not return even if Heading 1 is modified to not use a numbering style I observed this defect in 2.4.0 on a Mac, and 2.4.1 in Ubuntu. I believe this defect is related to the following problematic behavior where I first noticed the problem: If you modify Numbering 1 numbering style to be an outline format, (1, 1.1, 1.2, 2, 2.1, 2.2, etc.) and modify Heading 1, 2 and 3 to use Numbering 1, the association between heading level and numbering outline level is broken. Expected behavior is that the outline level should match applied heading level- Heading 2 should get the second numbering outline level (x.x), Heading 3 should get the third outline level (x.x.x), etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
