The problem is: if *we* don't have a scenario which leads to a reproduction of the problem, *we* won't be able to debug it, fix it and verify that it's fixed. Last hope is that you send the crash report with "i93397" as summary and your e-mail address in the corresponding field. Then you'll get an e-mail back with a report ID. Write the ID here and we'll have a look at the information which has been sent.
