I agree that it does look 'gray' on the screen and if it printed in that same color it would be OK. The gray on the screen is darker, probably like "Gray 20%" or something. It's printing in "gray 1%". Our combination is Linux-->CUPS-->HP Printers and it's showing up as just barely a few pixels of very light gray. When you look at the page, you can't see the box at all unless you pull pull it closer to your eyes. I know you are getting close to 2.0 release, if you can just darken the output to match the gray on the screen, that would be great. I agree that it would be nice that when you changed the font color, the entire box changed.
