The general geometry for overlay is created using a rectangle list. On that base, filled polygons and hairlines are crreated which is necessary when painting normal. For XOR, this will (of course) not work since the hairline paint will just delete some XOR again. To make a valid fix, i will need to check SW's current creation, too.
