Looking more at this, I am not sure this issue is a duplicate of issue 47740. My
issue is with a change that was introduced in 3.2. In 3.1.1, the toolbar is a
floating toolbar that appears and disappears when on a bullet or not. In 3.2,
the toolbar is along the right side and shifts the document to the left or right
based on whether the toolbar is showing or not. Issue 47740 says that the
submitter wishes to be able to doc the toolbar. So it seems in 3.2 the toolbar
is docked, which caused the problem. I will attach screen shots of 3.11 and
pre-3.2.
