I cannot confirm your experience. I installed OOO320m2 (aka OO 3.2 beta) on my
Mac, but the "Bullets and Numbering" toolbar did not appear docked on the
application frame.
Maybe your config is corrupted. Please delete OOo-Dev folder in your
̃/Library/Application Support/ folder and try to restart OOo again.
