This sounsl like nitpicking (and it fact it is), but having easy to follow descriptions is essential for handling an issue efficiently. But his is not a complete description since you have to unpack the zip-archive to that direcory (now in this case it is easy to tell what was meant by this, but with other issues those kind of things are not as obvious).
