Reported Obba (see my report 109030) as the only deployed extension. Removed it. Failure to open the Extension Manager as discussed under this report 109028 was redressed by removing Obba, which however, as reported under 109028, always failed to install either on OO3.1 or on OO2.3.1. On the other hand, Paylooca is not detected by unopkg as deployed, while it now appears as installed b the OO3.1.1 (presently working) Extendion Manager. The contents of the first comment continue to apply as long as this further comment is taken into account for the part concerning the Extension Manager not opening, as now it opens. Sourceforge reports that Palooca's tracker has been removed. I intend to contact the Palooca team directly asap. Thank you again in advance for your support and your patience.
