I cannot confirm it. Here the whole text is colored. Did you really select the
cell? The cell should be shown with blue background then.
Please give a very precise step-by-step description. (Where you click,
double-click or single-click, how you move your mouse...)
Does it work, if you use Format > Cells > Font Effects?
