Aplication of this to 'normal paragraphs' is qualified with "regardless if it is
a numbering or bullet list, after the label has been deleted".
However, this is uterly regardless to the Bug Filed. Which is that repeating the
backspace deletes formating on the previous paragraph as well.
THIS IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE SPECIFICATION!
The specification there states that a second backspace should only delete the
paragraph.
