Hi Mathias,

as all other Spreadsheets I know set conditions for Conditional Formattings as
absolute reference and we do it also, we are in line with the others. And as
absolute addressing is sticky by default, the functionality works as expected.
It's up to the designer of the *sheet* not the Spreadsheet program to set the
correct addressing for the needs of the User of this particular document.

I close this Issue again as invalid. 

Absolute references *have to be* sticky, that's why they are called *absolute* !
