I replied directly to Alby setting up an RMA, but thought I'd reply to the list letting everyone know the answer to the process question. In short, contact me and I'll open an RMA. For anything I can fix and doesn't seem like it's our fault, my normal deal is $20 plus parts plus return shipping. The only "problem" is that I remain backed up right now, so some patience may be required! Bdale
