In RAID0 750GB x 2 = 1,5TB But still that isn't enough. I would suggest you to buy something that could gives you up to 5TB at least. Take into account your required retention period, size of incremental backups (by estimating the amount of data modified everyday), and (last but not least) data growth rate.
