I have exactly what you had me check for in '20-debian_defaults'.

$final_virus_destiny      = D_DISCARD;  # (data not lost, see virus quarantine)
$final_banned_destiny     = D_BOUNCE;   # D_REJECT when front-end MTA
$final_spam_destiny       = D_BOUNCE;
$final_bad_header_destiny = D_PASS;     # False-positive prone (for spam)

Should I have additional parameters? Do I need what the previous user
had my Google there? Nothing is mentioned in the README file or the
setup guide recommended from this list. I did Google and search for
help
before I asked here so please be understanding to my ignorance. I
don't deal with Amavisd-new much. I installed it and configured at
according to a guide on the
web.
