I haven't tried the SNFMilter, but invoking milters from Postfix
should be pretty straightforward (assuming a reasonably recent version
of Postfix). Please see http://www.postfix.org/MILTER_README.html

On the milter side, there should not be much if any difference
between integrating it with sendmail vs. Postfix.

Milters are invoked before-queue. Header fields as inserted by
a milter will be visible to amavisd and SpamAssassin.
