I suggest using the "clamdscan --fdpass" entry instead of mucking with the system users/groups. This is now the upstream default, but hasn't made it into a release yet: https://gitlab.com/amavis/amavis/-/blob/master/conf/amavisd.conf#L362 That's simpler, slightly more secure, and doesn't require you to remember what user/group hacking you did if you move to another box.
