The TenantManagementService integration test needs to Mock the Tenant DAO since
the TenantManagementService does not start in the Pax Exam OSGi container. The
reason is the way the Cassandra application bundle is implemented for
dynamically adding ColumnFamily'. After upgrading to Cassandra 0.7 (see
http://jira.amdatu.org/jira/browse/AMDATU-110) this test should be refactored
to use the real DAO.
