I'm not sure if separating the tenant management service tests into four
completely separate tests is the right way to go. It needs significant more
time to run since the whole Pax Exam framework needs to be started/stopped 4
times instead of only 1 time. I don't think it is a big advantage for running
these tests individually from the other tenant tests either.
But more importantly; it seems that the tenant integration tests sometimes just
hangs and never continues.
