1b) I would *not* reuse "service.pid" for tenants as it is specified to be
unique within a single OSGi container, but not *over* OSGi containers. I would
propose to introduce a separate "tenant.pid" property that allows to be unique
over OSGi containers. This would allow tenants to be migrated safely between
OSGi containers (not that this is a requirement for this moment);
3) if service properties can solve this problem, then I favor this, for sake of
simplicity.
