Branch updated with integration tests and smell teaks. Also created/updated two
felix issues [0][1]. Finally IMHO bundle "*" support in autoconf (see
tenantconf) would be a reasonable way to allow support for the fileinstall and
itest use cases.

As discussed on skype Marcel will come up with a plan for 0.3.0 release and
