Yes, but not everyone does that, and even I'd choose partially hidden tabs
over totally hidden windows...
I suppose tabs could also be multi-layered, so once one layer of tabs is
full, another layer of tabs is created, so they're all visible.
They should also flash when something happens on whatever they link to when
you're not on that tab :)
