when i am editing the topic and an other OP changes the Topic faster
than i, amirc doesnot update the Topic correct.
trying to press escape to cancel my changes closes the #-window. 8-(
So the topic is wrong till next topicchange.
I dont know the perfect solution for this, but perhaps you have an
idea.
