W8JI has one tower at 318 feet in GA. As Al said, what ever the FAA will OK.

No we don't...just a pocket book limit.
1. It requires local zoning approval
2. FCC Construction permit
3. FCC Registration
4. FAA registration
5.. Lighting as instructed
