Work on P3-E is continuing and AMSAT-DL is busy looking for launch possibilities and other ways for financing it, i.e. on coat-tails of the P5 Mars Mission. Indeed, P3-E is not a dream but a reality and AMSAT-DL need the support of the community. There will only a P3-E, if we all really want it..
